Three special workshop programs to help you learn and personally experience the benefits of self care.  The sessions will incorporate a variety of practical tools such as breathing, creative expressive art, relaxation, journaling, laugh therapy and hands on healing techniques.


*You will have full use of the facilities, which include hiking trails, swimming pool, whirlpool,
and game room, watching the barn yard animals in their pastoral setting. 
Explore the natural beauty and scenic mountain vistas.

You will have time to get away by yourself to journal…, walk, and watch the clouds as they go by Mt. Monadnock or maybe…
you can catch up on an afternoon nap.

 

This is a perfect setting in which to unwind and regain balance in your life.
