Deposit Policy A deposit of $100.00 for weekends and $150.00 for week long stays is due 4 months before your arrival date. The deposit is applied to the balance due on your scheduled date of departure. Cancellation Policy If you must cancel, deposits are refundable minus a $25.00 service charge with a three-week notice. If you cancel your reservation or shorten your stay with less than a three-week notice, your deposit is forfeited *with no exceptions.* Pet Policy We will ask you to sign a pet policy form when you arrive with your pet. You will be responsible for any damages caused by your pet. No pets are allowed in Trailsend, Village Bunkhouse, Grandmother's Attic, Sugar House, English Cottage, Olde Farmhouse or any public rooms, (including the dining rooms and living rooms). Please clean up after your pet. THERE IS A $10.00 PER PET PER DAY CHARGE.
