Deposit Policy A deposit of $100.00 per couple or $150.00 per family is due 4 months before your arrival date. The deposit is applied to the balance due on your scheduled date of departure with no exceptions. You will lose your deposit if you arrive a day later or leave a day earlier than scheduled. Cancellation Policy Deposits are refundable minus a $25.00 service charge with a three-week notice. If you cancel your reservation or shorten your stay with less than a three-week notice it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Pet Policy We will ask you to sign a pet damage form when you arrive with your pet. All damages done by your pet will be charged to your credit card. No pets are allowed in Trailsend, Village Bunkhouse, Grandmother's Attic, Sugar House, English Cottage, Olde Farmhouse or any public rooms, (including the dining rooms and living rooms). Please clean up after your pet. THERE IS A $10.00 PER PET PER DAY CHARGE. THEY MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES!	*Room Types* *BASIC RATES apply to all cottages, Inn rooms, the Hideaway and the Brick house.* MID-PRICED ROOMS: Trailsend rooms are our Mid-priced rooms. Trailsend 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 and 50 have A/C.
